The representatives of the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency  expressed an increased interest in the experience which has accumulated "Ukroboronprom" in securing the country's defense in conditions of Russian aggression. The Ukrainian stateconcern "Ukroboronprom will join the program DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency). This was reported by the press service of "Ukroboronprom", "Interfax-Ukraine".

It is reported that during the negotiations between the stateconcern headship and the US DARPA delegation, which took place in October in Kiev, "Ukroboronprom" received an invitation to participate in the researches, conducted by DARPA.

According to the press service, the representatives of DARPA revealed an increased interest in the experience, which has accumulated "Ukroboronprom" in securing the country's defense in terms of the annexation of the Crimea and the capture of certain regions of Donbass.

The Head of Ukrainian company Roman Romanov said, that the establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation with DARPA Ukrainian defense industry is an important factor in Ukraine's access to advanced defense technologies in order to improve the state of Ukrainian confrontation Ukrainian to the Russian aggression.

We remind that in September the stateconcern "Ukroboronprom" took 68 place in the annual ranking of global arms analytical publication Defense News. Compared to the previous year the stateconcern made a considerable shift in the ranking by 24 positions.
