The associates of the Research Centre for Regional Security of the Sumy State University attended on October 11 the Research and Project Activity Centre in city Dnipro «NoosphereEngineering School». Noosphere Engineering School – is  a common project of Noosphere company (http://noosphereglobal.com/) and the leading universities of Ukraine.

The project top managers Noosphere share with university students the knowledge and practical experience, and the university professors present their scientific, empirical, theoretical solutions. Such synthesis of theory and practice allows to create and implement some innovative ideas.

There are 5 main school-based laboratories, which are the meeting place for scientific discussions, round tables and workshops. Laboratories were created as a platform for conducting some scientific and technical experiments and experimental studies.

There are following laboratories in Noosphere Engineering: "Problems of IT-systems creation"; "Robotics and Electronics"; "Game Development"; "Space Research and Technology"; "Effective environmental management." Each laboratory combines thematic programs.

One of the important and interesting projects Noosphere EngineeringSchool is the development of a software system «ArtOS» for automated artillery fire control panels. This complex provides various types of objectives assessment and process for their destruction, connecting all modern sensors and controllers for the work of the artillery unit.

The head of the Research Centre for Regional Security of the Sumy State University Nikolay Nazarov said: "It was great to know that Ukrainian engineers have such innovations. This is a significant step in the development of national security and of military equipment in general. The software program complex «ArtOS» has the capabilities to support the interaction between the interconnected terminals by means of communication, tools for working in geoinformationional space. Thus, it aims to reflect the real state of combat conditions, processing and analysis of proven targets, definition of meteorological conditions and ballistic shooting settings for automatic calculation each firing guns, complete safety information transmitted and received in the journal of the fighting".

The associates of the Research Centre for Regional Security of the Sumy State University will continue the cooperation with the Noosphere Engineering School for further monitoring and study of school innovations, which are contributing for the maintenance of the security level in the country.
