From October 7 to October 10, 2019, the Sumy Center for Postgraduate Education hosts the first stage of training of local self-government officials of the united territorial communities who have not upgraded their qualification for 3 years under the Professional Program of Professional Development of Local Self-Government Officials and Deputies of Local Councils.

Training “Strategic Communications in Public Authorities. Countering Modern Information Impacts ”was conducted by Mykola Nazarov - Head of the Center, PhD and Andriy Lebid - Assistant Professor of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies of Sumy State University, Doctor of Philosophy.

The following topics were also presented to the listeners: legal regulation of service in local self-government bodies: current status and prospects; business language in the language system; general characteristics of business style, European and Euro-Atlantic integration policy as Ukraine's strategic choice, state funding for energy conservation programs, etc.
