On February 12, a strategic session was held at the Sumy State University within the framework of the implementation of a research project "Investigation of ways to improve the structure and employment level of the population in Sumy region".

During the session, the Head of the Center PhD Mykola Nazarov presented analytical work in terms of analysis of demographic situation, structure of working population of Sumy region, analysis of migration impacts, unemployment rate, etc. Issues of finding community growth points to improve the employment rate of the population were suggested for discussion.

The strategic session was attended by representatives of the city authorities, relevant departments, business, academics, civil society, media.
