In March 24 at Sumy State University held students debates on topical issues of security and foreign policy. Activity organized by the Research Centre for Regional Security in cooperation with the Department of Philosophy, Political Science and innovative social technologies of Sumy State University.

During the debate, students were invited to discuss three theses: 1) European and Euro-Atlantic integration will contribute to strengthening the national security of Ukraine; 2) Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU will promote economic development of Ukraine; 3) Ukraine will join NATO in the next 10 years. It should be noted that the students showed a high level of material contributing content and fruitful discussion.

Research Centre for Regional Security of SSU will continue to organize public events for young people to update security and foreign policy issues.
