A series of lectures with NATO Headquarters was held in February. In particular, Dr. Petr Lunak shared with students the history of the Alliance's formation, key events over the past 70 years and NATO's current priorities. According to Dr. Lunak, NATO remains a highly effective and efficient bloc, and the tense security situation in the world only reinforces this thesis.

About 100 students from different universities of Ukraine took part in the lecture. Together with the lecturer, they talked about the main historical transformations of NATO, future NATO member countries and current relations between NATO and Russia. Students received new and up-to-date information about NATO, which will be an additional incentive for further research into the role and place of the organization in the world.
