On February 12, a strategic session was held at the Sumy State University within the framework of the implementation of a research project "Investigation of ways to improve the structure and employment level of the population in Sumy region".
In the period 2020-2022 the team of the Center will join in the implementation of the research project "Development of the methodology of cooperation of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine to counteract the legalization of criminal proceeds" (registration number 0120U100474).
On December 7, the International Forum “Information Security: Current Trends” was held at the Kyiv University named after Boris Grinchenko to discuss the issues of information warfare, innovative communication technologies and hybrid wars. Within the framework of the Forum, panel discussion and work of two sections took place: "Digital and Psychotechnology in the Security Sphere" and "Humanitarian Technologies in the Security Sphere".
At the end of 2018, a contract was signed between the NATO Public Diplomacy Division and the Research Centre for Regional Security (Agreement #RG333 PR28175). According to Agreement, in 2019 the Center received international financial, organizational and methodological support for university work.
Center volunteer Daria Berezhna participated in the international forum "Safe and stable Europe: a youth outlook". During the forum, key security challenges for the world and Ukraine as well as the role of youth in minimizing conflict were discussed. The participants of the event presented their own work on the necessity of forming psychological and information resilience in Ukrainian society.
